I love it that CVCOA provides resources to help older adults meet the challenges of aging, whether that means help navigating Medicare, figuring out how to age gracefully at home, or any other challenge of aging.

As most of us know, getting older is not for sissies! Aging can be hard and sometimes it is lonely. As a board member for CVCOA, I have seen how the staff and volunteers are tuned into all of the obstacles that can come along as we age. Join me in supporting their good work! Let’s support good in the world and make a difference. Help us to provide a path to comprehensive healthy aging programs for older adults in Central Vermont.
